Whisky Tasting & Blending Session

Tonight we went to The Whisky Experience on the Royal Mile for a whisky tasting session followed by blending our own based on our learnings!

I've now done several whisky tastings & think I'm just going to give up - I can't stand the stuff! It was a lovely experience & would've been truly amazing if you enjoy a dram but really not for me!

Pass the Malbec!

The canapés were fab though - especially the beef Wellington!
