another one of those jobs that began with guess work. Its how most of these DIY things start out. It's the chore that's been on the list for some time, but grateful it got done. It was inevitable we would run short on stain, the timber was parched after 4yrs & soaked up a lot more than expected. Headed out to buy some more stain, & found ourselves down the road for bayside fish'n'chips. A last lunch if you like. But it looks great now & not like it should be heading to stoke the fire.

It was also a day for preparing a feast for our usual Tuesday night dinner. A last dinner if you like.

Next lunch & dinner together will be in Singapore next month...& definitely looking forward to that.
