Getting there...

I wasn't sure if I would get to a contents page today but I felt it was important to push and create it to help me and the first reviewers of the content have a better sense of the structure of the whole. Of course, I did this earlier in my own hand scribbled way to give me an idea of shape and what happened when and where, but it was still good to see it coming together in a more finished way. All the titles and headings you see are provisional, but the main title is my preferred one at the moment....watch this space!
