Weighted Down

Busy old day. Dashing here there and everywhere.

I the event I didn't have any dinner this evening as I had to be back out earlyish for a meeting at our local hall. Luckily the meeting finished with a buffet. Not good however just before bed, and I have the kind of stomach that is not happy being hungry - more meals but smaller are better. Tummy ache now.

I will try harder to eat properly tomorrow. Nikonabike is off on his Coast2Coast ride tomorrow, so I shall be dining seul for a few days.

I'm afraid there was not much opportunity to Blip either, so here is a very pretty paperweight.
