Changing Skies

Drove West for a volleyball tournament tonight and drove right into the teeth of the storm. The top pic was the gorgeous sky as we left town around 5:30pm. The lower pic was a bit further West about an hour later. The winds picked up, the temperature dropped 20 degrees and we got rain. Seriously heavy rain. The last hour of our drive in a torrential downpour covered a distance that should have taken us 40 minutes. We made it safe and sound and the volleyball was good. The drive home on sunny Saturday was delightful.
