Where did THEY come from?

OK, I've photographed dirty windows a couple of times recently.

Took this, this afternoon with the sun shining through the truly filthy windows at the back of the workshop. The galaxy of sparkles I put down to deposits of volatile varnishes + solvents?

I took several shots because wind was blowing shadows from the lime trees across the windows. This one picked up these weird eyes!
