This is Jo, she works at the Secret Garden and she is 40 today! It took some persuading to get a photo of her, but I told her that I would take pics of her sweating over the stove or posing nicely in the sunshine but one way or another the big four zero was going to be captured mwhah ha ha. Sensibly, she opted for the sunshine in the garden. As there were no customers we all went out and I even used the timer and sneaked into a shot too.

I went down to the teashop on my bike so that I could pedal along the canal to Monton when I clocked off. I met Tracy and we went for a drink and a chat....it was a trip from one teashop to another!

My weary legs then pedalled back along the old railway and to Carole's where I had a cuppa, then it was home and a collapse onto the sofa.
