Nature's Rhythms, .....

....... the liveliness of the rushing river and the incremental withdrawl of the pigments from the autumn leaves, contrast so strongly at this time of seasonal change. Is there a reflection in our lives too; the rush to put the garden "to bed" before the days cool and shorten then we can rest before the slower pace of winter? (Well that would have been the case in the olden days, pre electricity, electronics, supermarkets and ski lifts!)
