Le Hohneck

Set in the Ballon des Vosges, it was a race between us reaching the top - in a car I hasten to add - and the mist rolling over the view. The mist was on the move and added to the scene which was stunning.

Later on we had a go in a thermal spa. Wow.
We spent a couple of hours here trying out the different jets, it did mean John and self buying some swimming gear, which we hope to put to the same use again sometime. On the way out we met two young women going in. One had a blindfold on, she was made to stop for a photo shoot before going in, both giggling madly. We assume it was a surprise treat, what a hoot.
