Morning

I hardly slept at all last night. I was awake trying to find a way around all the challenges in the project at work and I am happy to say that after a busy day in the office, I do actually think, that everything is under control again. It has been a tough day though, but it feels good now.

Since I wasn't asleep, I decided to get up and take the boys to the lake for some morning fun. They had a crap day yesterday and it was a lovely morning, so it seemed a good opportunity to make up for it. We all enjoyed it. It did me good too.

A busy day at work and then out for another walk with the boys. No training today - I have been too tired.

So I am ready for a restful TV evening and an early night.
