Perdika

Had a little adventure today in that we were supposed to be going on a cruise to Hyrda but no one turned up to collect us. So.....we had breakfast in Aegena port and took the 20 minute bus ride to Perdika. And what a great decision that was. Perdika is a tiny, sleepy little fishing village which has the most glorious swimming. I went into the water and only came out an hour later when we had to catch the bus. You go in over rocks so are out of your depth from the minute you hit the water. But it's incredibly calm so you can just bob there with no effort. The salt water keeps you up - no need to move an inch. This is now my top water experience ever (beating the 25 year old record held by Brac in what was then Yugoslavia.)
Perdika is too small to stay there for a long time (I think), but it is just incredibly beautiful. Hence yet another blooming panorama from the place we stopped for a drink.
