Laundry Buddy

Stepping out to hang out the laundry, noticed the little guy hanging out. I'm not sure if this is the next door neighbor's or the friend of their cat, but I know I often look out to see one cat lounging in the garden and another just outside it, staring up at me. Need to start keeping some food handy for them.
