Feeling Off Colour

What a comfort and joy these essentials are in your hour of need.

For the past 12 hours I have been visiting the john or worshipping the porcelain God. I haven't received any sympathy or expect any, as it was purely self-inflicted by drinking too much diet coke diluted with the Famous Grouse, whilst surfing the internet and Blipfoto entries, I got carried away in my consumption.

Have been severely reprimanded by the youngest member of my tribe, who does not do alcohol, and yes at my age I should no better.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a more colourful and eventful day. I am going back to bed.
