A Niece Treat for a Happy Auntie

Auntie Jenny got the greatest treat of all today - she got to meet her 4 day old niece Sophie.

We couldn't thank the adorable Sophie enough for arriving one week overdue, just a few days before we were due up North for the Great North Run (tomorrow!), & of course her parents Emily & Dan for having us over so soon. Nana C (Mrs FonF) kindly escorted us into Yorkshire to visit the newest addition to the family. And if things weren't sweet enough, we took with us some of Allendale's finest cake (from the Allendale Tea Rooms of course).

I think you would agree that they both seem fairly content with their current position!?

Congratulations Emily & Dan! We are so very happy for you & in case you didn't already know, she is absolutely beautiful!
