Inner Sense

Mr Blue Sky

There have been hardly any clouds in the sky until now. We aren't complaining though the garden could do with some rain. There will be some coming along tomorrow I'm told.

Last night, with our kids gone, we went out to see Eliza Gilkyson at the Southend Grooveyard. We hadn't been there before but we will definitely go again. It was superb. We came for the farm dinner which was excellent. You eat out on tables set out on the lawn.

The concert is in a small building and half of the audience is sitting outside. We got seats in the second row and I think we could almost reach over and touch Eliza, we were that close. With an audience of 150 it is very intimate and a great way to see thoughtful folk singers like Eliza.

This is my MonoMonday entry but clear blue skies make it challenging to find a MonoMonday sky picture.
