Sunflower September Sky

Woke up to a clear blue sky, then I saw todays mono Monday challenge was sky this could be quite a challenge. Some geese flew by several times but I was never in the right place at the right time. There was a small dragonfly perched on the bird feeder at lunch time, that might do. Late afternoon the clouds began gathering over the cliffs. The sky was changing all the time. Beams of light spread out from the cloud hidden sun. Should I wait for sunset? The sun was bright once more but the clouds were interesting. I used the sunflower as a shield. By sunset there were just a few wispy clouds and though the colours deepened it was not a monochrome sunset.
