A blast from the past

I think I am the only person under 80 that buys radox, it was something we always bought nana for her birthday or christmas. I always have a lovely jacuzzi bath after exercise and it really helps so I can still walk tomorrow. It was really hard at Pilates tonight we used a plastic peanut shaped ball to do the exercises hope I can walk ok tomorrow.
