Valentine Cakes

Just a suggestion - if you are looking for a cake recipe for Valentines Day, don't google 'pink muffins'.

Thank you Dazed for the recipe idea - they turned out very nice. I add pink food colouring to the mix and made pink buttercream icing for the top. Wicked!
