Making apple and aronia juice

Today (and yesterday) I've been mostly cutting apples and and steaming them with aronia into juice concentrate, and bottling it. Now I have 15 liters of delicious, beautiful coloured red juice concentrate, which is rich in vitamin C. Diluted that will make altogether 60 liters of juice. Well done me!
