We scaled the tower before we pottered round the brilliant archaeological site at Tharros. Definitely worth a visit.
A great lunch in a local bar and then after a slightly misguided tour of Oristea we headed North and found an early Christian site at Cornus. Who knew that the Carthaginians we spreading Christianity about the Med in the 5th century?
And tonight more fab food.
