Sourdough Starter
Meet Paul Mk2 - it's Mk2 because I threw away my last sour dough starter. The bread I made with it was just tooooooo sour and so, in the resulting strop, Paul Mk1 went... This time I'm using a different recipe. No grapes, rhubarb or apples added, just flour and water and airborne (hopefully) yeast... and yes, I will be trying to control my stroppyness...
