If...

... I'm going to be this active on holiday then I need to get a tad fitter!

Up and on the water by 6:30 this morning. Not quite as good as yesterday but pretty good all the same. I had my camera with me this time and took ages taking photos of a couple of boats before heading off out. Very heavy cloud on the lake leant a very eerie feel to it all. I didn't get back until nearly 11 am and for the most I was the only person around.

This afternoon I through caution to the wind and went for a cycle in Whinlatter Forest. Downhills were good but got somewhat lost and confess I didn't enjoy the uphill slog back to the car
