Impromptu

A day in the house spent looking at a screen with work and admin and paperwork and stuff and my head was mince after all that so I went for a swim before tea to clear my thoughts a bit. And then once in the pool set off at a frightening pace (for me at least) that I didn't have a hope in hell of keeping up. A bit of adjustment after ten lengths and it was fine after that. Seventy more. Exhausting.

An impromptu visit to the woods later with my youngest means you get a cute child's face today instead of a beardy man's. Think yoursens lucky...
