Home again...

Today we were home again and found out a less fortunate circumstance. Some sort of leakage again.

When we got into this house (we're renting it) we noticed this spot here. We asked about it but they assured us it was an old leakage. Around a year ago it looked like this again and we complained, they came, opened some stuff, said it was fixed.

So now the problem got back again.

The wall feels wet and if you see the plinth it's completely ruined because it got wet. We live here for 1,5 years now and the plinth was new when we put it there when we got in.

Hopefully this time it will actually be fixed.
