Funglorious!

That isn't a real word - I made it up ;-D
A friend cycled over this morning - firstly to get some practice in for when she cycles along Hadrian's Wall soon, secondly to bring me some fungi to ID. I didn't do very well, I'm afraid.
This afternoon, I went up onto our local Common and was gobsmacked by the astonishing numbers of fungi fruiting there today I don't thing I've ever seen so many. It was a tough choice, but this Tawny Grisette was so pretty that it won out over the others.
