Fish Tacos Anyone?

We LOVE fried fish tacos! I'm actually quite interested in food photography. I'm a beginner in this aspect, but I'm looking forward to learning more. :)

I use an easy fish like Tilapia or skinless Salmon. Cut them up into pieecs, fry them in oil. I make my own tartar sauce, add some diced tomatoes with green chiles and YUM!
