250/365 Moravian Pottery and Tile Works

Located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, the factory still produces handmade tiles in much the same way that was developed by the pottery founder and builder Henry Chapman Mercer (1856-1930). You can tour this working history museum and see first hand all the stages of production of the tiles originally designed by Mercer. And yes, the tour ends at the gift shop where you can purchase one of the beautiful hand wrought tiles for your very own.
