Fast Fingers

I enjoyed watching this young Sushi Chef prepare our dinner tonight. He had very fast fingers and was very skilled in his craft. I was impressed at his multi tasking, and creativity with the rolls. The best part was that he did everything with a smile on his face. When I asked him if I could take his picture, he was so surprised but was kind enough to let me. The sushi was delicious! Hope everyone had a great weekend.
