Banana nut brownies.

I don't often take photos of food but I'd been in the kitchen most of the day (whoever's on Saturday cook tries to make it a special one) and it wasn't so nice out.

I've made brownies before and they always collapse, ending up wafer thin and over moist in the middle and burnt at the edge. But something about these ones worked perfectly. Perhaps the magic frozen egg mix, probably a fluke of timing.
