Goodbye John And Thank You x

Didn't blip yesterday....really busy.

Today we had the scattering of my cousin Johns ashes. He got his wish. He wanted to be scattered in the river Medway. He always lived near the river and in the past few years he took a flat which overlooked the river.

Michael said a few words and invited us to all say something. Then he was scattered, we threw our tributes in and raised a glass.

His second wish was for all of us (his family and friends) would get together and have dinner in a bar he frequented. It was really nice as we took over the top terrace. As we sat down the sun shone down on us.

We had a lovely dinner and found out at the end that John had paid for it. Generous to the last.
