Harp Please!
The opening of the Dublin Theatre Festival marked with "Harp | A River Cantata", a music and dance piece celebrating the Harp of Dagda on the harp-shaped Samuel Beckett Bridge. Or, a tuneless collection of banging and moaning, with some flashing lights!
I was expecting a massive throng for a free photo opportunity, but happened to be the only person standing on the East Link! Even looking at the 16Mp version, I can count maybe ten people actually spectating on the quays, outside of the two boatload of arseholes on Festival jollies.
Hard choice between this shot of the finale, and the opening banging when the bridge was lit red…
Update:
I was going to indulge in some shameless self-promotion, but Raheny's got in first in the comments!
