I had no energy today to go back for the second part of my birthday weekend, so they brought it to me here. There must be something wrong with me, I asked for steak. I never choose steak. It was bloody lovely though. And we had summer pudding. And the portable birthday service was finished off with clearing up and washing up. They are fab, my family.

And I got presents, this is my necklace from Clare. And now I have used up all my energy for the day again. Who knew mending bones was so exhausting?
