"In my new life....."

My friend and ex colleague Hilary has thoroughly enjoyed life beyond the classroom this last year and has found a new way to use her excellent nurturing skills!

We met for tea later this afternoon and she presented me with this fantastic gift of freshly picked, home grown vegetables. How blessed I am!

So here you have; Chantenay carrots, tan tan lettuce leaves (a small kos), Charlotte salad potatoes and larger main crop potatoes, shallot onions and other onions, runner beans and a summer bell squash.

So beautifully displayed too...as was her classroom always.
