Natural feet

Haven't done a shoe blip in a while so this is timely. Got new trainers today - ever to a proper running shop and everything. It's a new world to me. I know a bit about ordinary shoes but nothing about running ones. After watching me walk barefoot the sales person told me I had "nice, balanced, natural feet" - always good to hear
