Another parkrun personal best...

... And a day asleep.

This was the only photo taken - new headphones (skullcandy aviator) mr mouse had been lusting over them for a while and I found a pair for a really good price in TKMaxx so I now have a happy mr mouse but he is under strict orders to not let the bunnies eat them.

Trouble sleeping, early waking, parkrunning with Ferd (new personal best of 37.21 for 5k), trip to vets to get worming tablets, trip to lidl/aldi in hopes ones might possibly still have a long reach hedge trimmer left (no) and then that was me done. Fatigued and in pain struggling with noise (I was allowed to use the new headphones - mr mouse might not get them back) I retreated to bed and spent nearly the entire day asleep.
