Animal control

Animal control takes the lead in a rescue of an anhinga whose beak was wrapped tightly in a fishing net. People walking by had called it in, my neighbor go her kayak to retrieve the bird and animal control cut the net away. My kidlettes got a lesson in animal protection and a bird got a second chance- how cool
