Lovely time at a vintage fair with friends today. Bought cakes too. Everything was ruined by a text from my sister. She wanted to see how we all were; I was polite, blunt and too the point. Bad mood set in instantly, I just want to cry. Early night as I have a 21 mile training walk to do tomorrow and my walking partner is at the casino tonight. Really want to scream but I'm going to meditate and sleep. Tomorrow is a new day.
