giant cupcake anyone?

Today I made this giant cupcake for Stephens Valentines day present.

Must say i'm dissapointed! the cake got stuck in the tin which annoyed me, now the cake is slipping to one side so it is a bit skeewiff?! (good scottish word lol)

hope it tastes better than it looks, i'm sure it will!

oh and it took 1 hour and 30mins too cook!
