Starlings

I had no blip then The Crofter said that there was a load of starling on the wires. I rushed to get my camera and managed to get this shot before they flew away.
A dry day and I managed to plant out some lupins and delphiniums, that I grew from seed, in the vegetable garden to overwinter. I have tried various ways of trying to get them to survive the winter but have not been successful so this is a first for this way. The problem is I usually forget to water them and they dry out and don't survive.
