Half 'n' Half

I've been meaning to photograph this apple since it fell off the tree over a week ago but kept forgetting. It's exactly half red and half green, as if it couldn't make up it's mind. The rest of the apples on the tree look like the one on the left or completely green.

My youngest Daughter decided on a whim, to take the children to the seaside yesterday. I got a phone call this morning, to say that they'd driven all the way to Scotland from Oxfordshire and that they're going to stay for the week. Lucky things.

I'm blipping early this evening, as my eldest Daughter and her family are arriving back from France and I have to pick them up from the station.

Gardening all afternoon and I ache. I wouldn't mind but you still can't really see what I've done. Have a good weekend everyone :-)
