Inhaling Dolly

Strange day of being all over the place including to the doctor, where I got these oh so lovely inhalers! As expected my peak flow was a bit rubbish, so I'm to give these a try! I'm going to go out and find a really steep hill to test out the blue one, my peak flow more than halves when I go up really steep hills and considering it's bad to start with that's not good! Dolly's inhaler technique needs a bit of work, if I'm honest, so does mine!

I've worked in pharmacy for 11 years and I had no idea the areochamber (big blue thing) whistles when you breath too fast through it! I suppose that information may come in handy some day, probably not though!
