Who me?

I came across a group of young Pheasants which were pecking away at corn which had recently dodged the combine harvester. I guess these had been bred for the local shoot as they appeared to be about the same age and were all together. I think the season starts in October so they have a little time to get to know the outside world, and who knows some might even escape the shoot.
