Riding

Despite enormously windy conditions this morning we ventured out to our usual riding track at Macleans Island.

Surprise, hardly wind when we got there, so a fabulous morning for a ride and literally no one there. The kids did really well as usual; fast, interested, and for the first time Adam and I did the new 5km extension, so he was pretty pleased with doing 15km.

We realised finally however that it's the end of the road for her 12" bike, she's way to small (photo as evidence) but she loves it ;-)

She's going to get Adams bike, but first we have to buy him a new one, so on the way home we stopped at a few shops and road tested them.

We've chosen the bike, probably a 20" Bauer, and it will be an early birth present. He's so excited ;- )
