Peewit! Peewit!

A rather damp, grey day but the birds were still on the loch .... many being well camouflaged with their grey wings merging with the grey water. I was glad to find the lapwings in their usual spot, and unlike the mallards who do a lot of preening and sleeping, the lapwings continually keep watch and when disturbed are off before I have time to focus the camera!
