Come on in Scotland

Off to the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth games today and even though we had some pretty expensive nose bleed seats it was a pretty good show! Not sure I would have picked Karen Dunbar to open the show but then who I am to be picky. It was a cheese and tunnocks teacake kind of affair :-)

Even M enjoyed it! Just a shame we were behind the scoreboard and didn't get the full effect of the fireworks - and a bigger shame I didn't choose to wear shorts - it was ROASTING!
