The First Day Of School

Back to reality, with a bang!

I was quite looking forward to it actually. Even though you kind if can't remember how to do it, it's amazing how quickly you get back into teacher mode.

Quite a good day really. I had my appointment with A straight after school. It was quite upbeat, and then I ended up with a lump in my throat nearer the end. Every week I appreciate the investment in myself, and it's a bit like a cathartic journey in finding happiness and understanding myself I suppose. I certainly look at things that have happened to me in a different way than before.

Even though it was a shock to the system, I pushed myself to go to the gym. It was dark when I left home at 8pm- so depressing!


At first it looked like I would be working alone, but thankfully some friends turned up, and we laughed and chatted non stop for the next two hours. Nothing to dazzle you with today in terms of my progress, but we did attempt the beam, and had some fun on the trampette ;-)


On a serious note, I don't think this working lark is really for me, ie ; the going every day part ;-) seriously knackered, brain fog and sleep deprivation have set in.

And it's September 3rd.....
