Spooks in the night

Arrived in Harare too late to capture anything in day light (it was a reminder of how quickly the sun sets in that part of the world). I missed a beautiful sunset but that took place during the hour that it took for the baggage to appear in the arrivals hall .. only one luggage conveyor was working and no sense to risk taking out a camera in that place.

However, the bizarre effect of the lights captured in this blip made up for it, to some extent.
