WiFi

Walked past 2 internet cafes tonight. I wonder how they survive with WiFi zones, WiFi in houses and free internet in libraries. How many people are digitally competent enough to use the services of an internet cafe but don't possess a device of their own. I guess you need an address and ID to register at a library perhaps that's a barrier, but internet cafes aren't cheap. Perhaps it's the printing services? Anyway happy thursday
