Ready Steady Cook ... again!

We 'played' Ready Steady Cook tonight - Martin and Katie made a main course from the ingredients we bought for them and Iain and I did the same with the dessert. So, with the help of a few cupboard ingredients, here we have Mango Chicken Stir Fry , followed by Tropical Flapjack served with Coconut and Passion Fruit Icecreams and a Passion Fruit and Raspberry Vodka Coulis.
Both 'teams' worked well together - no arguing! We should cook together more often! ;)
