Hennessy Cognac

Managed to get to Cognac for a guided tour of Hennessy Cognac. It starts with a river trip, a tour of the warehouses and barrel-making workshops, then back across the river for a tasting. The picture shows one of the old stills, which are just kept for the tourists now. Guess which bit I liked the most.
